Taproot Theatre’s "Rocks!" Rolls Into Our School in Spring

STARS is funding a $812 school-wide educational experience where Edmonds Elementary K-6 students will attend Taproot Theatre's touring assembly, "Rocks!" This one-hour performance held during school hours, includes an actor-led discussion, addresses bullying prevention, empathy, and celebrates differences. Set at Camp Obsidian, the story follows Jamie as he navigates friendship challenges and learns to identify and respond to bullying. This program aims to equip students with tools to become upstanders in their communities.
