New This Year: Grade Reserves
Every grade now has a reserved share of the annual grant budget, based on enrollment. Submit by the Reserves Deadline and your request is reviewed first from your grade's reserve. Any reserve a grade doesn't use is released into a shared pool that all grades can apply for during the Spring Open Deadline window.
Before You Submit
The grant form doesn't let you preview all the questions at once, so we've put together a prep sheet with everything laid out — you can draft your proposal before you sit down to submit.
Download the Grant Proposal Prep Sheet here. More questions? Visit our FAQs page here.
Who Can Apply?
Teachers, staff, parents, and community members are all welcome to submit proposals. If you have an idea that could enrich learning at Edmonds Elementary, we'd love to hear from you!
Whether it's a hands-on science activity, a new reading experience, an art project, or classroom enhancement, your proposal could bring something wonderful to our students.
How STARS Supports You
We're here to help you every step of the way as you navigate the grant process. Our mission is to enhance student learning in art, reading, and science, and we're eager to fund projects that spark curiosity and inspire creativity.
Grant cycles occur twice a year, so there are regular opportunities to bring meaningful experiences into EE classrooms.
